Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced Procure­ment professional to lead end-to-end procurement for capital, spares, and services. You will manage P2P processes, ensure on-time delivery, and optimize supplier performance across global sites.

The role requires strong negotiation, data-driven cost analysis, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization. Localization, AI-enabled improvements, and cross-functional collaboration are key focus areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Capital, Spares, and Services.
• Execute and manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including delivery follow-up, budgeting support, cash flow management, and invoice reconciliation.
• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) to support network capacity and operational requirements.
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned site and network suppliers.
• Perform supplier qualification to support development of strategic suppliers.
• Maintain collaborative supplier relationships and address performance, quality, delivery, and capability gaps.
• Drive localization strategies to improve uptime, response time, and supply chain resilience.
• Identify supplier-related cost-saving opportunities using data analytics and should-cost modeling.
• Lead or participate in supplier negotiations for sustaining purchases and renewals.
• Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Apply AI-enabled approaches to procurement and supplier management activities.
