Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a senior Supply Chain leader to develop and implement a strategic business improvement plan for global supply assurance across Assembly and Test sites. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive key metrics, and optimize inventory and supplier capacity to ensure on-time delivery.

You will coach Supply Managers and Procurement Operations Managers, partner with sites and suppliers, and push AI-enabled productivity improvements to meet cost and strategic goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Planning/Engineering
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in Supply Management roles
• APICS, PMI, CPM, CPSM certification
• Minimum of 10 years of procurement experience in Semiconductor and Manufacturing industry

Aufgaben

• Plan global strategic direction of supply assurance for Assembly and Test manufacturing sites
• Drive metrics: DSL, SSA, WOS, OTD, Buy Rule Governance
• Lead site Operational execution and inventory metrics improvements
• Collaborate with partners to deliver strategic solutions and manage stakeholder communication
