Qualifications

• Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and system engineering, engineering management, Production & Operation Management, or related field of study
• Lean Manufacturing certification beneficial
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator across all levels
• Growth mindset with continuous learning
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership and track record of impact desirable
• Interest in semiconductor industry and Micron
• Ability to apply digital fluency and AI literacy for research, analysis, and problem solving

Responsabilités

• Facilitate continuous improvement events across teams (Kaizen, VSM, etc.)
• Develop program for lean culture sustainability
• Collaborate with experts to identify improvements using lean tools
• Conduct Lean training to build organizational capabilities
• Integrate as key liaison between central and site teams for lean initiatives
• Ensure lean diagnostics and design improvements with inputs from stakeholders
• Develop view of initiatives and impact on KPIs
• Provide status updates with milestones and ownership
• Trigger interventions to keep programs on track
• Support regular reporting cadence to senior leadership
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality
• Promote AI-enabled enhancements within scope
