Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical / Material / Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers’ quality requirements.
• Manage quality deviation and drive for closure of CAPAs to achieve deviation reduction.
• Perform data mining as part of problem solving to improve quality performance.
• Coordinate with Global Quality, Product Engineering & Central Teams to address key customer quality issues.
• Develop strong relationships to improve business process performance.
• Lead projects to drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools or RPA to drive effectiveness and efficiency.
• Coordinate between SLPO/SLPS to support IATF16949 processes.
• Integrate AI insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
