Job summary

Ayvens is seeking an experienced AI delivery lead to turn prioritized AI opportunities into production-ready solutions and measurable business outcomes. You will guide cross-functional teams from business case through go-live, adoption and value realization in an international setting.

The ideal candidate has deep delivery management, AI/data expertise, and the ability to manage scope, risks and governance while aligning sponsors and stakeholders across functions. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or related fields.
• Fluent in English is required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end AI use case delivery from qualification through buy-in, discovery, design, build, validation, deployment and adoption; establish scope, milestones and criteria.
• Project and program management: own delivery plans, budget follow-up, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions.
• AI delivery expertise: apply practical AI, GenAI, data science and analytics delivery to assess feasibility and constraints.
• Business value and prioritization: translate needs into structured use cases and measurable success criteria; prioritize by value and ROI.
• Cross-functional stakeholder leadership: align sponsors, product owners, data science, engineering, IT, security and central teams; provide visibility on progress and risks.
• Governance and responsible AI: embed architecture, security, privacy, legal, risk and AI governance into delivery plans.
• Productization, scaling and adoption: coordinate handover and monitoring, ensure training and user adoption are integrated into delivery.

What are you going to do?

As our new AI delivery lead, you will be responsible for turning prioritized AI opportunities into production-ready solutions and measurable business outcomes. You will combine strong project and delivery management with practical AI and data expertise to structure execution, manage dependencies and guide cross-functional teams from business case through go-live, adoption and value realization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end AI use case delivery: Lead AI initiatives from qualification and business case through discovery, design, build, validation, deployment, adoption and benefits tracking. Establish clear scope, outcomes, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Project and program management: Own integrated delivery plans, budget follow-up, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions. Ensure projects meet agreed quality, timing and value expectations.
• AI delivery expertise: Apply practical knowledge of AI, GenAI, data science and analytics delivery to assess feasibility, challenge solution approaches and anticipate data, model, integration, security and operationalization constraints.
• Business value and prioritization: Translate business needs into structured use cases and measurable success criteria. Prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, scalability, governance readiness and expected ROI.
• Cross-functional stakeholder leadership: Align sponsors, product owners, countries, Data Science, Engineering, IT, Architecture, Security, Risk, Legal and central teams. Facilitate decisions and provide clear visibility on progress, risks and actions.
• Governance and responsible AI: Embed architecture, security, privacy, legal, risk and AI governance validations into delivery plans, with clear evidence, ownership and decision tracking.
• Productization, scaling and adoption: Coordinate operational handover and monitoring, and ensure communication, training and user adoption are integrated into delivery.

This position is available in the following location(s): Paris and Madrid.

The ideal candidate is a delivery-oriented professional who can turn complex AI opportunities into structured, executable projects. You combine strong project management and stakeholder leadership with sufficient AI and data expertise to challenge assumptions, identify delivery constraints and guide initiatives towards production, adoption and measurable value.

Proven experience delivering complex AI, data science, advanced analytics or digital initiatives, preferably from discovery through production and adoption.

Strong project management capabilities, including scope, planning, RAID management, executive reporting and delivery governance.

Solid understanding of AI/ML and GenAI solution lifecycles, data requirements, experimentation, model evaluation, cloud platforms, integration, MLOps/LLMOps and production monitoring.

Ability to connect AI opportunities to business processes, measurable outcomes, ROI and strategic priorities, and to reshape initiatives when value or feasibility is insufficient.

Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority and align senior sponsors, business owners, technical teams and control functions in an international environment.

Working knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, security, architecture and legal or compliance requirements, with the discipline to integrate them into delivery.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or a related field, with typically 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience in automotive, mobility, leasing, financial services or another regulated industry is an advantage.

Fluent in English is required.
