Netflix is seeking a Sr. Account Manager in Paris to lead end-to-end campaign execution for Netflix Ads. You will partner with Sales to craft plans, respond to RFPs, and drive flawless delivery from pre-sale to post-campaign wrap reports.

You will identify upsell opportunities, host regular reviews with partners, and coordinate with measurement vendors to ensure insights-driven optimization and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning in the digital media industry.
• Experience working in Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
• Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the ability to make data digestible for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects or requests concurrently.
• Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors like Nielsen, Comscore, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales Partners to understand client goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing and targeting.
• Identify in-flight upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on performance and client objectives.
• Host weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Sales Partners on launches and campaign performance.
• Provide clients with campaign performance including post-campaign wrap reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production of custom creative assets.
• Work with Ads Operations for flawless order implementation and troubleshooting.
• Oversee delivery performance and recommend optimization tactics with clients.
• Navigate campaign escalations and contribute to long-term solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of ad products, sponsorships, targeting capabilities and policies.
