Netflix is seeking a Sr. Account Manager in Paris to lead the end-to-end campaign workflow on the Netflix Ads team. You will partner with Sales and clients to develop media plans, respond to RFPs, and ensure flawless delivery and reporting across campaigns.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and programmatic knowledge to drive upsell opportunities and optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or sales planning in digital video advertising.
• Experience with CRM, OMS, and ad servers.
• Knowledge of Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP advertising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management with multi-project handling.
• Familiarity with advertising research and verification vendors.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales Partners to deliver excellent client service.
• Build media plans and respond to RFPs around campaign packaging and pricing.
• Identify upsell opportunities based on campaign performance.
• Lead weekly pipeline and pacing meetings with Sales Partners.
• Provide post-campaign reports and insights to clients.
• Host campaign kick-off meetings and coordinate launch assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative production.
• Work with Ads Operations for order implementation and troubleshooting.
• Monitor delivery and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Handle escalations and develop long-term solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of ad products, policies and offerings.
• Support monthly billing and invoicing with clients.
• Build relationships with clients, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
