Job summary

Revel Marketing Partners seeks an Account Director, a senior, client-facing leader who owns strategy, relationships, and results across a portfolio of accounts. You’ll lead strategy, guide execution, and ensure everything ladders back to what matters most—client growth.

You’ll partner closely with internal teams across paid, earned, and owned channels, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing.
• 3+ years in an account leadership role (agency experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-channel digital strategy across your book of business.
• Ensure programs align to client goals and drive measurable outcomes.
• Build roadmaps that unlock growth opportunities.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for key client relationships.
• Translate performance into clear narratives and recommendations.
• Mentor Account Coordinators and Strategists.
• Own budgets, forecasts, and overall account performance.
• Oversee workflows, timelines, and QA processes.
