Job summary

RNK Health is seeking a Marketing Director to own the end-to-end marketing strategy across all channels. This hands-on role oversees paid acquisition, affiliates, creative, funnels, CRO, email/SMS, analytics, and marketing performance while guiding execution teams.

You will analyze data directly, identify problems, and decide what to test, fix, or scale next, aligning marketing with analytics, attribution, and product goals for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing with leadership experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing.
• Experience managing and scaling significant DTC advertising budgets.
• Experience scaling a subscription business.
• Strong analytics, attribution, and tracking skills (Mixpanel experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
• Strong understanding of creative testing and performance creative.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CR, AOV, retention, and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy across all channels.
• Oversee paid acquisition, affiliates, creative, funnels, CRO, email/SMS, analytics.
• Lead testing, optimization, and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams on attribution and integrations.
• Build and maintain dashboards for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
• Manage and mentor marketing teams to drive high-impact outcomes.
