Job summary

Homa Games is seeking a Senior 3D Gameplay Artist to own gameplay objects end to end on All in Hole, taking mechanics from greybox to shipped builds. You will collaborate with designers, gameplay developers and art direction in a lean team to own the final result.

You'll prototype, model, animate, and add VFX with a strong emphasis on timing, weight, and playful feel. We value speed, ownership, and clear communication to push the project forward.

Qualifications

• Years of experience building 3D assets for core gameplay in games.
• Experience from blockout to in-engine development.
• Hands-on Unity with prefabs, animator state machines, colliders.
• Experience with AI tools in 3D work.

Responsibilities

• Prototype mechanics with design in 3D and test in context.
• Model, animate, and add VFX and colour for gameplay objects.
• Implement and iterate in Unity with prefabs and state machines.
• Identify technical constraints early and propose alternatives.
• Leverage AI tools to move faster and expand scope.
