Job summary

Back Market is seeking an analytical and hands-on professional to join the Sellers Operations & Intelligence team. You will help Seller Success Managers monitor performance, streamline processes, and optimize incentive programs.

Reporting to the Lead of Sellers Operations & Intelligence, you will work with Analytics and Product teams to scale solutions, ensure data quality, and explore AI-driven efficiency gains in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or BI.
• Expertise in SQL and data-driven reporting and dashboards.
• Experience supporting commercial or account management teams.
• Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive learning.
• Excellent organization, written and verbal communication.
• Professional English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve tools, dashboards, and reporting used by Seller Success Managers to monitor seller performance.
• Support team routines by simplifying processes and reducing manual work.
• Run and optimize seller programs operations, especially incentive programs.
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy for business reviews and decision-making.
• Partner with Seller Success, Analytics, and Product teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency and insight generation.
