Job summary

Back Market is seeking an analytical, hands-on member for the Sellers Operations & Intelligence team to help Seller Success Managers improve tools, processes, reporting, and program execution. The role focuses on data quality, scalable solutions, and collaboration across analytics and product teams to drive efficiency.

Reporting to the Lead of Sellers Operations & Intelligence, you will optimize seller incentive programs, monitor performance, and reduce manual work while leveraging AI

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills, SQL is a must, and experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Google Sheets, Omni, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience supporting commercial or account management teams with processes, tools, or performance tracking.
• Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
• Strong sense of Ownership & positive learning attitude are must-have
• Good organization & communication skills, and not afraid of writing structured documents
• English is no-brainers (fully professional capability in English).
• If you're extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!

The Sellers Operations & Intelligence team being the backbone of the Seller Success Department, drives convergence, efficiency, and data-driven insights across all seller channels and geographies. Back Market is looking for an analytical and hands-on team member to join the Sellers Operations & Intelligence team.
