Job summary

Back Market is seeking an analytical, hands-on professional to join the Seller Operations & Intelligence team. You will help Seller Success Managers operate more effectively by improving tools, processes, reporting, and program execution.

Reporting to the Lead of Sellers Operations & Intelligence, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytics and Product to drive scalable solutions and data quality across seller channels and geographies.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations or sales operations.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency.
• Experience with reporting/dashboard tools: Google Sheets, Omni, Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience supporting commercial or account management teams.
• Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
• Ownership mindset and proactive communication.
• Proficient written English; additional languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Improve tools, dashboards, and reporting used by Seller Success Managers.
• Support team routines by simplifying processes and reducing manual work.
• Run and optimize seller programs operations, especially incentive programs.
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy for reviews and decisions.
• Partner with Seller Success Manager, Analytics, and Product teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency and insights.
