Forvia seeks a senior strategist to drive partnerships, M&A and business development across its Seating Business Group. You will coordinate with functions, divisions and product lines on global growth and execution of transactions.

The role demands a strong background in strategy, financial modelling and deal execution, with bilingual English capability and 5+ years in industrial/automotive contexts. Forvia offers a dynamic, sustainable mobility environment.

Qualifications

Minimum bi-lingual (English required).
Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (ideally automotive).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transaction services and/or strategy.
Strong marketing skills and business acumen.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

Drive partnerships and M&A opportunities for the Seating Business Group in collaboration with all Functions, Divisions and Product-Lines.
Plan and execute strategy and acquisition/carve-out projects worldwide.
Perform market sizing, benchmarking and due diligence through financial modelling.
Lead cross-functional teams to support deal execution and liaise with legal for contractual material.
Identify partnership opportunities to support engineering and business initiatives; manage startup portfolio.
