Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or technology.
• 10+ years experience in complete seat product design and technical project management, preferably in automotive.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; good English communication and market awareness.
• Creative, strategic, innovative, and sustainability-minded with a passion for leading teams.

Responsabilités

• Define, develop and manage the technical part of innovation projects.
• Lead a project team including functional reports; oversee quality, cost and delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, planning, budget and data in GRIP; report to management.
