Job summary

DATA4 is seeking a Transformation Lead within the Strategy Team to drive the DATA4 Scale program, transforming the company into a scalable, high-performing organization across Europe. You will architect the transformation, manage the roadmap, and align processes, governance, and culture to support rapid growth and operational excellence.

Lead end-to-end initiatives, coordinate with senior sponsors, and ensure adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering, management, organizational transformation or an equivalent field.
10-15 years of proven experience in transformation or strategic PMO and cross-functional programs.
Experience with senior leaders, executive sponsors and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Act as architect, orchestrator and accelerator of the DATA4 Scale program.
Define and maintain the DATA4 Scale transformation roadmap aligned with strategic ambitions.
Lead end-to-end transformation, manage risks and dependencies, drive change management.
Build a scalable operating model with standardized processes, governance and standards.
Establish performance management through KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
Lead change and ensure adoption across the organization.
Coordinate external engagements with consulting firms and partners.
Contribute to design of tomorrow’s organization with governance and capabilities.
