DATA4 is seeking a highly experienced Data Center Engineer to lead the Product and Engineering department, driving all engineering aspects of data center product development. The role focuses on developing global standards, overseeing handovers, and representing DATA4 in project meetings with key stakeholders across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design and construction of mission-critical facilities, large industrial or data centre developments.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing external consultants.
• English: Fluent.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical aspects of design development for new campuses, expansions and retrofit projects.
• Review conceptual, schematic, developed and detailed designs prepared by external consultants.
• Ensure designs achieve resilience, safety, functionality and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate interfaces between architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, controls and commissioning disciplines.
• Provide technical leadership during feasibility studies and campus master planning.
• Support design governance and design reviews across countries.
