The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT transformation, strong change management, ERP and procurement experience, and proven ability to partner with senior leaders and IT teams to deliver

Organizational support: – Diagnosis of the existing organization and analysis of project impacts. – Definition of a target organization adapted to a multi-project and multi-instance context. – Proposal of work organization scenarios (RUN / BUILD / projects). – Facilitation of co-creation workshops with teams and stakeholders.Governance and Management: – Definition and implementation of cross-functional governance: Structuring projects, IT bodies, Development portfolio, RUN/BUILD activities. – Implementation of committees, rituals, and management rules. – Definition of roles and responsibilities (RACI matrix). – Implementation of KPIs and dashboards. – Identification of quick wins and operational recommendations.Quality and Methods: – Assessment of the existing Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). – Updating and formalizing the QAP in relation to: Multi-instance environments, project and operational requirements, and governance practices. – Supporting teams in adopting quality mechanisms.
