Qualifications

Responsibilities

We manage several strategic programs that require effective coordination, documentation, and reporting. To support these initiatives, we are looking for a versatile and adaptable Project Management Office (PMO) professional capable of managing diverse and complex programs across various IT domains.RESPONSIBILITIES As a PMO professional, you will be responsible for: Coordinating and supporting multiple IT programs and projects across various domains. Participating in architecture committees and technical discussions with diverse stakeholders, including security teams. Continuously managing and balancing multiple constraints (budget, deadlines, technical limitations, regulatory requirements). Managing project documentation in Jira and Confluence, creating presentations for stakeholders, and preparing summaries for steering committees . Helping to identify bottlenecks, corrective actions, and adaptation/mitigation strategies. Collaborating with technical teams to understand and document complex IT issues. Adapting quickly to new projects and technologies as they emerge. Providing strategic input into project prioritization and resource allocation.Desired Expertise and Required Skills: Over 10 years of experience in IT project management or PMO (Project Management Office) roles.
