Tessero is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive a major ERP transformation programme in the Paris region. You will bridge project teams, business stakeholders and leadership to coordinate activities, maintain momentum and support the organization through a significant systems transformation.

In this role you will combine project coordination, change management and stakeholder engagement in an international environment, ensuring delivery, governance and user adoption across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large-scale transformation or ERP programmes.
• Strong change management and organisational readiness.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP solutions.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent planning and stakeholder management.

• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
• Support governance activities, documentation, and delivery oversight
• Drive change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and user engagement

• Support local leadership teams in planning, prioritisation, and resource coordination
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), training activities, and go-live preparation

Project Coordinator - ERP Transformation Programme (French & English Speaking)

Location: Northwest of Paris, France

Contract: 6 months with the possibility of extension

Are you passionate about driving change and bringing structure to complex transformation projects? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a major ERP transformation programme and play a key role in ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption.

In this position, you will serve as the bridge between project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, helping to coordinate activities, maintain momentum, and support the organization through a significant systems transformation. This role combines project coordination, change management, and stakeholder engagement in an international environment.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical experts and business leaders
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
