Qualifications

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex Salesforce programs and projects. In this role, you will drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring Salesforce solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer stakeholders, Salesforce architects, business analysts, and developers, all in an international context.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and deep familiarity with Salesforce project delivery methodologies in Agile and hybrid environments.

Required skills & Experiences:

• An experienced project leader with 10+ years of project management experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing Salesforce implementations or programs
• Skilled at managing large-scale and global rollouts of digital transformation initiatives, ideally within CRM ecosystems
• Comfortable working with Salesforce platform capabilities: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, or others, and understanding their business value
• A strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ideally, strong experience working with offshore teams (India)
• Experienced in delivery methodologies such as agile and hybrid delivery frameworks
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and risks simultaneously
• Familiar with Salesforce governance, release management, and program delivery best practices
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
