Job summary

MPower Plus in Paris seeks an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead delivery of complex programs. You will drive end-to-end execution, ensure on-time, on-scope delivery, and align with strategic objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, Salesforce architects, analysts, and developers in an international context. Strong leadership and stakeholder management in Agile and hybrid environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce implementations.
• Experience leading large-scale, global CRM rollouts.
• Fluent in French; residency or EU citizenship required.
• Permanent role; Paris hybrid work arrangement (2/3 days in office).

Context

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex Salesforce programs and projects. In this role, you will drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring Salesforce solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer stakeholders, Salesforce architects, business analysts, developers, all in an international context.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and deep familiarity with Salesforce project delivery methodologies in Agile and hybrid environments.

Who you are

• An experienced project leader with 10+ years of project management experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing Salesforce implementations or programs
• Skilled at managing large-scale and global rollouts digital transformation initiatives, ideally within CRM ecosystems
• Comfortable working with Salesforce platform capabilities: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, or others, and understanding their business value
• A strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experienced in delivery methodologies such as agile and hybrid delivery frameworks
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and risks simultaneously
• Familiar with Salesforce governance, release management, and program delivery best practices
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
