Edenred is seeking a Salesforce Ops Manager to lead a talented team focused on SRE, incidents, and local BUs autonomy within the SmartER Factory. You will ensure reliability, proactive monitoring, incident detection, and rapid resolution to minimize client impact while aligning with SAFe practices.

Collaborating with Product, Tech, and Design, you will drive automation for deployment and operations, maintain documentation, and develop training for local administrators, embedding Edenred values

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform operations including administration.
• Strong Site Reliability Engineering experience with monitoring, alerting, incident management, capacity planning and automation.
• Experience with modern monitoring and incident tools such as New Relic, Datadog, PagerDuty and Jira.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and integration tech for Salesforce ecosystems.
• Experience in agile environments, ideally with SAFe or similar scaling frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach to operational stability.

Responsabilités

• Lead a talented team working on SRE, Incidents, and local BUs autonomy.
• Provide vision and direction for continuous improvement.
• Track KPIs and efficiency of SRE and incident management processes.
• Ensure reliability and performance of Salesforce environments through proactive monitoring and rapid incident resolution.
• Manage end-to-end incident lifecycle: identification, coordination, communications, RCA, and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design to embed resilience in new developments and releases.
• Develop and maintain automation for deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks.
• Maintain detailed operational documentation and share knowledge for team autonomy.
• Develop training and certification programs for local BUs administrators.
• Advocate Edenred values and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Participate in quarterly PI planning and SAFe-aligned synchronization activities.
