Edenred is seeking a Salesforce Ops Manager to lead SRE and incidents across a scaling digital platform. You will drive reliability, incident response, and continuous improvement for Salesforce-powered services that support our client-focused products.

You will manage a talented team, collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design, and implement automation to scale operations. The role requires strong communication in English and a proactive mindset within an agile SAFe environment.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce platform operations and administration.
Strong SRE practices: monitoring, alerting, incident management, and automation.
Proficient with monitoring/incident tools such as New Relic, Datadog, PagerDuty, and Jira.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and integration technologies.
Experience in agile environments, preferably SAFe.

Responsabilités

Lead a team focused on SRE, incidents, and BU autonomy.
Provide vision and direction for continuous improvements.
Ensure reliability and performance of Salesforce environments through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
Oversee end-to-end incident lifecycle, coordinating response and root-cause analyses.
Collaborate with product, tech and design to embed resilience in releases.
Develop automation for deployment, monitoring and ops tasks.
Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing for team autonomy.
Create training and certification for local BU admins.
Promote SmartER Factory values in daily work.
Participate in SAFe PI planning and cross-team syncs.
