Job summary

Quandela in Massy, France is seeking a Sales Operations & Commercial Excellence Intern for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. The role focuses on structuring processes, dashboards, and operational coordination within the sales teams.

You will support pipeline management, CRM discipline, KPI tracking, and monthly reporting using Power BI, Salesforce and Excel. The position requires a Master’s degree, fluent French and English, and an internship agreement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from engineering or business school.
• Currently pursuing an internship with an Internship Agreement.
• 6-month internship available starting January 2027.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipelines, qualification, and opportunity tracking.
• Govern deal stages and approvals.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and KPI tracking.
• Create dashboards with Power BI, Salesforce and Excel.
• Coordinate across Sales, Presales, Marketing and leadership.
• Centralize deal information and track actions.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Structure internal databases to boost productivity.
