Job summary
Pasqal in Palaiseau, near Paris, seeks a Strategy & Corporate Development Intern to support strategic decisions in the quantum applications domain. You will map the global quantum ecosystem, analyze financials, and monitor developments across continents while contributing to competitive intelligence and M&A scorecards. Fluency in English and French is required.
The internship lasts 6 months with offices in Massy-Palaiseau and Paris, starting January/February 2027, in the Engineering team.
Qualifications
- Double degree in Engineering & Business.
- End-of-study internship.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and corporate finance.
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Optional VBA/SQL/Python skills.
- Rendering tools: Power BI, Tableau for dashboards.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Autonomy and project management.
Responsibilities
- Map the quantum ecosystem of various countries and develop country strategies with financial analysis.
- Monitor a regular quantum ecosystem newsletter.
- Produce notes on international competitive dynamics in quantum tech.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses: customer analysis, competitors analysis, M&A scorecards, etc.
