MG Motor Company France is seeking a Sales Operation & Data Management Intern to support the France Sales & Network team with daily tasks on sales business development and the implementation of our sales strategy.

You will manage daily sales reporting, data management, and tools like Excel, Salesforce and Jotform, perform market analyses, and coordinate with Logistics to streamline daily processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Academic record from a French business/engineering school.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel is essential; Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and automotive market is a plus.

Purpose of role

We are looking for a Sales Operation & Data Management Intern to actively support our business by participating in various projects. Your mission will be to support the France Sales & Network team in their daily tasks on sales business development. Fully integrated within the team, you will support in the implementation of our sales strategy.

Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role

• Responsible for daily sales reporting and data management
  
• Manage, sustain, update and improve technical tools and platforms, including Excel, Salesforce and Jotform
  
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
  
• Coordinate with Logistics team to support daily business process

Experience & Educational Background

• Strong academic record from a French business/engineering school
  
• Fluency of French and English is mandatory, Chinese is a plus
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package, especially in Excel, Power BI is a plus
  
• Good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with professionals in different cultures
  
• High level of flexibility
  
• Knowledge of Salesforce and interest for the automotive market are preferable
