Veepee, a pioneer of online flash sales, is seeking a Sales Master Methodologist to elevate the sales capabilities of our commercial population. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Organisation within the Sourcing Excellence Department, you will design, implement, and manage flash sales negotiation methodologies and sales excellence programs.

The role requires 10+ years in sales, strong B2B/e-commerce experience, and proven change-management, communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on B2B/e-commerce.
• Proven expertise in negotiation methodologies and their practical application.
• Successful track record of project and change management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Strategic AI implementation.
• Fluent in English.
• French, Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Elevate the sales capabilities of our commercial population through designed methodologies and programs.
• Design, implement, and manage flashsales negotiation methodologies and sales excellence programs.
• Collaborate with Business Leaders to define high-impact pitching and negotiation practices.
• Develop training programs tailored to role-specific gaps and brand needs.
• Create tools, playbooks, and guides to boost commercial expertise and collaboration.
• Co-develop new methodologies with the Sourcing Methodology & Strategy Department and implement with local managers.
• Deliver specialized sales and negotiations training for managers to drive sales excellence.
