Job Description

Lead of UX/UI for the Growth Marketing team. The role reports to the Growth Director and leads the team of UX/UI designers. Responsibilities include defining the UX vision for the Veepee front experience and ensuring optimization of the customer journey across all Veepee sites.

Tasks

• UX/UI vision and strategy
• Define and deliver the UX/UI front vision of all Veepee sites & apps in collaboration with marketing, business, and tech teams
• Ensure a flawless and coherent user experience across all devices, improving platform performance based on KPIs and business value
• Provide best practices and innovative solutions for the flash sales e‑commerce model
• Maintain the group Design System
• Act as UX/UI referent for Veepee Group, sharing topics with Top Management and operational teams
• Collaborate with business and product tech teams to propose aligned solutions, ensuring quality of requests and tech deliveries
• Participate in core front topics team, contributing to tech roadmaps, project prioritisation and delivery validation
• Lead the UX/UI team of five designers, providing support, mentoring and development
• Define and animate a performing organization for the team (rituals, capacity management, planning)
• Ensure quality of team deliveries and keep the team updated with latest UX/UI trends and innovations

Required Skills

• At least 5 years as Head of UX/UI, mainly in e‑commerce environments
• Leadership qualities: ability to influence, manage change positively
• Proactive, organised and autonomous, capable of moving projects forward
• Strong understanding of high‑traffic e‑commerce, especially flash sales
• Results‑oriented with a capacity to identify weaknesses and improve processes
• Comfortable working with diverse teams (IT, data science, legal, finance, logistics, commercial, operational)
• Fluent in English
• International experience is a plus
