Deckers Brands, home of HOKA, is seeking a Sales Lead to act as Manager on Duty, driving store KPIs and delivering exceptional customer service in our Chamonix-Mont-Blanc location. You will lead a team, set sales targets, and ensure product knowledge is current to educate customers about our Brand and products.

The role emphasizes opening/closing the store, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a positive work environment while representing the Deckers Brands values.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store and act as Manager on Duty during shifts.
• Set and drive sales and service targets and motivate the team.
• Educate customers about the Brand and products to create personalized shopping experiences.
• Stay current on all products and product technology to answer questions accurately.
