Deckers Brands seeks a Sales Lead for our HOKA store in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. You will act as Manager on Duty, drive sales and customer service excellence, and guide the team to meet store goals while maintaining brand standards and product knowledge.

You will handle cash, inventory checks, and store opening/closing procedures, ensuring a clean, organized back-stock and a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands vision to customers.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store and manage cash/register operations.
• Set and drive sales targets and customer service standards.
• Motivate and coach the team to achieve store goals.
• Maintain store organization and product merchandising according to Brand standards.
