Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in France is seeking a Key Lead to join the retail leadership team in Velizy-Villacoublay. You will supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive customer experience and daily sales. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling OMNI channel orders, maintaining visuals, analyzing reports, and safeguarding store assets. Fluency in English and French (CEFR B2) is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience of 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory/ managerial experience required.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
