Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in France seeks a Key Lead to supervise the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensure smooth store operations. You will drive customer experience and daily sales while maintaining visuals and assets on the floor.

The role requires CEFR B2 in English and French, 20–25 hours weekly with weekend availability, and a high school diploma or GED. Full-time starting rate and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; retail experience preferred.
• CEFR B2 English & French fluency required.
• Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
