Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in France is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive in-store performance through exceptional customer experience.

You’ll handle opening/closing, POS operations, omni-channel orders, product knowledge, and visual displays while protecting assets and analyzing reports. Weekend availability and holidays required; full-time role starts at 26,835.24€ annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of 1 year or more preferred.
• Fluent in English and French (CEFR B2) required.

Responsabilités

• Open/close routines and operate POS systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders and manage inventory where needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and build compelling visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions and protect store assets.
