Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in France seeks a Key Lead to supervise on floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales while delivering a quality in-store experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, OMNI channel orders, visual merchandising, and maintaining brand standards. Requires CEFR B2 in English and French, and a ready, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & French required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and proactive; take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
