Job summary

SUARDIAZ Group’s Marseille Team is seeking a Sales Executive to actively develop the marketing of the group’s maritime and logistics services, supporting regional office teams during client visits.

You will monitor sales targets, manage tenders and quotes, coordinate campaigns, liaise with Customer Service, negotiate with suppliers and customers, and ensure CRM system efficiency to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Skills: air and maritime sales; intermediate-level computer skills.
• Languages: English (B2 level).
• Experience: 3 years in similar roles and/or positions.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop the marketing of the Group’s products and services, supporting regional office teams during client visits.
• Monitor sales targets, tenders, and quotes for assigned products and clients; propose actions to correct deviations.
• Propose and organize campaigns to achieve targets; provide technical and sales support to launch or promote the branch’s offerings.
• Monitor and support Customer Service to ensure high quality and customer service standards.
• Conduct, manage, and monitor negotiations with suppliers and customers.
• Report on, maintain, and ensure efficient use of the CRM system.

Job Description:

• Actively develop the marketing of the Group’s products and services, acting as a specialist to support the regional office teams during visits to clients and non-clients.

• Monitor sales targets, tenders, and quotes for assigned products, services, and/or clients based on the region and/or the Group’s strategy, proposing actions to correct any deviations in line with the sales strategy.

• Propose and organize the necessary campaigns to achieve assigned sales targets, providing the technical and sales support required to launch or promote the branch’s products and services.

• Monitor, communicate with, and provide the necessary support to Customer Service to ensure the highest standards of quality and customer service.

• Conduct, manage, and monitor negotiations with suppliers and customers with the highest possible efficiency and quality.

• Report on, maintain, and ensure the efficient use and operation of the CRM system.

Job requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.

• Skills: air and maritime sales. Intermediate-level computer skills.

• Previous experience: 3 years in similar roles and/or positions.

• Languages: English (B2 level)
