Job summary

Grupo Suardiaz S.A. in Marseille seeks a Customs Operations Specialist to manage import/export customs processes and ensure compliance with current regulations.

You will coordinate across external agencies, monitor each operation, and provide guidance on foreign trade to deliver high‑quality service aligned with the company's strategy.

You should have a Bachelor's degree related to international trade or logistics and about three years of relevant experience, with English at B2 level.

The Customs Team in Marseille is looking for a Customs Operations Specialist!

Job Description:

• Analyze and ensure customs operations.

• Conduct thorough monitoring of each operation, coordinating it among the various agencies.

• Manage import and/or export customs clearances.

• Coordinate customs operations with external agents to ensure high-quality service aligned with the company’s strategy.

• Provide legal support to clients on customs matters and advise on foreign trade.

• Monitor and manage customs documentation and file classification.

Job requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (International Trade/Logistics and Transportation)

• Skills: Microsoft Office; Customs Management/Customs Clearance

• Previous Experience: Approximately 3 years in this or a similar role.

• Languages: Fluent in English (Level B2)
