You will mentor, set outreach cadences, and collaborate with cross-functional leadership to accelerate the sales pipeline. Located in Joinville-le-Pont, France, this in-office role requires 4 days per week.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve individual and collective pipeline goals.
• Spearhead data-driven sales development strategies and outreach cadences to engage target construction software accounts.
• Optimize SDR workflows and maximize utilization of modern sales enablement tools like Salesforce, Gong.io, Cognism, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product leadership to align target messaging and streamline lead handoff processes.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership and management experience driving a SaaS sales development or lead generation team.
• Fluency in French along with professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze key sales metrics, optimize sales workflows, and make data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Bonus Points For:

• Background or familiarity with Construction Technology (ConTech) or the broader construction software industry.
