Trimble is seeking a Freight Procurement Consultant to transform global supply chains through strategic tender management on our SaaS platform. The role targets enterprise clients, translating complex shipment data into optimized tenders that drive efficiency internationally.

You will guide customers from structuring tenders to execution, leveraging analytics and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable value while growing adoption of our transportation software globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English and French.
• 5+ years in logistics, freight procurement, tender management, or transport purchasing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of RFP processes and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Guide enterprise customers in structuring, implementing, and executing high-impact freight tenders on our global SaaS platform.
• Analyze historical rate, contract, and shipment data to deliver strategic consultancy and model bid scenarios.
• Lead training sessions to maximize software adoption and performance for key accounts.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Guide enterprise customers in structuring, implementing, and executing high-impact freight transport tenders on our global SaaS platform.
• Analyze complex historical rate, contract, and shipment data to deliver strategic consultancy and custom bidding scenario models.
• Lead interactive web-based, in-house, and on-site training sessions to maximize software adoption and performance for key accounts.
• Collaborate within an international team to support global clients and provide strategic cross-departmental insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Professional fluency in both English and French with strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, specifically within freight procurement, tender management, or transport purchasing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of RFP processes and advanced MS Excel skills.

Bonus Points For

• Professional working proficiency in additional languages such as German or Spanish.
• Direct experience utilizing e-procurement tools or logistics Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
• Practical experience using AI tools and digital technologies to streamline analytical workflows and enhance productivity.
