Naboo is looking for a professional to support its sales team in Paris by managing major enquiries and finding suitable locations or services for customers. You will also assist in onboarding new team members and contribute to internal processes.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills in both German and English, a hands-on attitude, and a commitment to teamwork. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible contribution to our company's success.

Description du poste

Supporting the sales team with major enquiries and target customers: Researching suitable locations or complementary services (activities, catering, transport) to fulfil specific customer requests. Transfer of offers and general support of the sales team.

Co‑organisation of internal processes.

Supporting the onboarding of new team members.

Participation in the further development of our product.

Participate in strategic discussions around sales and Naboo’s overall strategy.

You have excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English (mandatory).

Interview Process

• 1st interview: First meeting with the Juliette, International Expansion Lead (15 minutes)
• 2nd interview: Exchange with a member of an international sales team (approx. 30-45 minutes)
• 3rd interview: Speed dating with 4-5 team members from different departments at Naboo (approx. 15 minutes each) – an informal exchange during which you will gain an insight into our corporate culture.
