RelyEZ Energy Storage currently seeks a dedicated business development support professional to advance deal flow across Europe. You will identify prospects, prepare proposals and technical offers, and monitor the competitive BESS landscape.

In this role you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings with clients and the China HQ, and drive timely follow-up on action items with internal teams to ensure smooth deal progression in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in business development, sales support or account management.
• Experience in energy, cleantech, or industrial sectors (BESS/solar/storage).

• Prepare commercial presentations, proposals and technical offers.
• Monitor market and competitive landscape in the Europe BESS sector.
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements and client meetings.
• Liaise with China headquarters and translate as needed.

Description du poste

• Identify and qualify prospects: utilities, industrial accounts, EPCs, developers
• Prepare commercial presentations, proposals, and technical offers
• Monitor market and competitive landscape in the BESS sector across Europe

2. Deal Tracking & Follow-Up

• Manage and update the CRM / commercial pipeline
• Coordinate key milestones from qualification through to signature
• Post-signature follow-up: coordination with technical teams and delivery

3. Day-to-Day Operational Support

• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and client meetings
• Liaise with the China headquarters (reporting, translation as needed)
• Draft meeting minutes, track action items, follow up internally

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 2 to 5 years in business development, sales support, or account management
• Sector: energy, cleantech, industrial — ideally BESS, solar, or storage

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of energy storage systems or industrial technologies
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Comfortable with complex, long B2B sales cycles

Language Skills

• Fluent French and English — required
• German: strong asset

Soft Skills

• Autonomy and rigor in follow-up and execution
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment (Europe / Asia interface)
• Proactivity and initiative-driven mindset
