Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a product management role in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
• Genuine excitement for AI and experience with AI products or learning AI systems in production.
• Hands-on builder who works close to the product's engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation).
• Interested in the sales and insurance business; willing to dive deep into guarantees and consumption terms.
• Strong product execution: set measurable goals, prioritize, and ship iteratively.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds and drive alignment with clear framing.
• Experience influencing without full authority; can rally people around ambitious bets.
• Strong written communication in internal and external contexts.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Reinvent the sales workflow by moving Account Executives to proactive AI-driven actions.
• Build and sequence the roadmap, prioritizing high-impact automation over nice-to-have features.
• Get hands-on by writing prompts, wiring connectors, and evaluating outputs to unblock progress.
• Empower better, faster offers by consolidating offers, content, and market signals into stronger pitches.
• Keep the experience coherent by collaborating with adjacent AI teams to stay integrated.
• Drive outcomes by minimizing low-value work and increasing offer relevance and win rate.
