Clearwater Analytics in Paris is seeking an Implementation Analyst to aid in onboarding new clients to the SaaS platform. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to customize solutions for accounting and compliance needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong technical skills in Excel. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are critical. The position is based in Paris.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates understanding of Clearwater's value proposition.
• Takes charge of onboarding clients onto the platform.
• Conducts training sessions for client proficiency.
• Communicates project status, issues, and risks.
• Troubleshoots and resolves customer issues during implementation.
• Manages relationships throughout the implementation process.
• Provides consultancy services to align client goals.
• Identifies and escalates risks and issues to Project Manager.
• Applies skills and best practices for task completion.
• Delivers accurate, timely responses to inquiries.

Connaissances

Understanding of TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures

Intermediate Technical Skills in Excel

Knowledge of investment accounting policies

Securities or financial markets experience

Project management skills

Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency

Excellent attention to detail

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Exceptional problem-solving abilities

Formation

Bachelor's degree in related field

2+ years of relevant experience

Experience with relational database principles and SQL querying
