Job summary

Bergerat Monnoyeur Romania recherche un responsable d’intervention S&M chargé de coordonner les interventions, d’organiser les équipes et de servir d’interlocuteur principal pour les clients pendant l’exécution des travaux.

Le candidat doit posséder un niveau technique solide (2 ans d’études ou 5 ans d’expérience significative), des connaissances en sécurité et en management, et une maîtrise de l’anglais à un niveau A2. Rigueur et adaptabilité attendues.

Qualifications

• Diplôme et/ou expérience technique dans les domaines mécaniques/électriques ou électrotechniques.
• 2 ans d’études supérieures techniques et/ou 5 ans d’expérience souhaités.
• Bonnes connaissances en informatique et systèmes d’information.
• Anglais de base (niveau A2).

Responsibilities

• Coordonner, optimiser et contrôler les interventions.
• Participer à la planification des interventions externes.
• Valider les diagnostics et arbitrer en collaboration avec les parties prenantes.
• Conseiller et être l’interlocuteur des clients lors des interventions.
• Visiter les sites clients et assurer le respect des engagements contractuels.
• Assurer le respect des règles de santé et sécurité et l’application de la politique nationale.

Job Description Summary

JOB PURPOSE Based on the activities assigned by his/her hierarchy, the S&M intervention manager is responsible for interventions within his/her scope. He/she is the main contact for customers during the work execution phase. He/she organizes and supervises an intervention team.

Significant Activities

• Coordinate, optimize and control work (specific tools, estimates, authorizations, deadlines, etc.)
• Contribute to the planning of external interventions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Validate and arbitrate complex diagnoses in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Check technical reports from intervention teams
• Monitor internal and external outstandings within its scope, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Participate in the resolution of customer disputes within its scope, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators for its scope (cost, performance, intervention, etc.) and propose corrective action where necessary
• Be a privileged contact for customers and monitor contractual commitments
• Visit customer sites
• Develop the volume of business within its perimeter, in collaboration with the teams commercial Security
• Ensure the proper application of national safety policy within its scope (safety meetings, analysis of workplace accidents, prevention plans, etc.)
• Organize and monitor the implementation of safety measures at high-risk sites (nuclear, SEVESO, ATEX, etc.)
• Monitor the results of internal audits (environment, safety, production, etc.) and take corrective action where necessary

Management

• Ensure that resources (means, human resources, etc.) are correctly sized on the basis of activity, in collaboration with line management
• Support and monitor the team(s) assigned to him/her (integration, skills development, etc.)
• Participate in the application of HR policy (performance, compensation, etc.) in collaboration with human resources teams
• Manage, monitor and control the working hours and absences of the team(s) assigned to it (hours worked, vacations, calendar, etc.), using business tools where necessary

• Know, apply and strictly enforce environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.)
• Know, apply and enforce internal and external compliance procedures and rules

Professional Knowledge

DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)

• 2 years' higher education in a technical field and/or 5 years' significant experience preferred

• Technical skill(s) - Knowledge professional in the field technical (mechanical, electrical electrical engineering, etc.)
