Job summary

Monnoyeur Group recherche un ingénieur projet chargé de soutenir les équipes commerciales et techniques : conception, pré-installation, approvisionnement et supervision d’installation sur site client.

Le poste implique le suivi des offres techniques, l’étude des documents contractuels, la coordination avec les équipes internes et le pilotage des jalons jusqu’à la facturation. Une expérience technique et des compétences en gestion de projets sont requises.

Qualifications

• Connaissances métiers générales et fondamentales en gestion de projet.
• Connaissance générale dans le domaine commercial (relation client, négociation).
• Connaissance générale des produits (gammes, fonctionnalités).
• Connaissance professionnelle dans le domaine technique (mécanique, électrique, etc.).
• Connaissance générale des outils informatiques et systèmes d’information.
• Niveau intermédiaire en anglais (B1).

Responsibilities

• Support des activités commerciales et techniques (offres, estimation).
• Veiller à la veille technique et concurrentielle (fournisseurs, technologies, marchés).
• Participer au choix des prestataires externes avec les parties prenantes.
• Analyser les exigences des projets (techniques, fonctionnelles, délais).
• Concevoir et participer au pré-dimensionnement des solutions (équipements, configurations).
• Rédiger les demandes techniques et estimer les coûts avec les services commerciaux.
• Suivre les montages et assurer la conformité des équipements avant expédition.

Job Description Summary

JOB PURPOSE Based on the activities assigned by his/her hierarchical superiors, the project engineer supports the sales teams and is responsible for the design, pre-installation supervision and procurement of projects. He/she supports the operational teams in charge of commissioning equipment on the customer's site.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

• Sales support - Support sales teams (technical offers, costing, etc.)
• Maintain a technical and competitive watch (suppliers, technologies, markets, customers, etc.)
• Participate in the selection of external service providers (deadlines, prices, technical feasibility, etc.), in collaboration with stakeholders (sales teams, purchasing, etc.)
• Study contract documents (CCTP) and customer requirements in conjunction with sales teams
• Analyze requirements for each project in terms of technical, functional and deadline criteria
• Design and participate in the pre-sizing of solutions (equipment and installation configurations, pre-studies and technical definitions, drawings, installation dimensioning)
• Formalize technical requests to suppliers and cost the selected solutions in collaboration with the sales teams
• Monitor assembly work and ensure conformity of equipment and accessories before shipment, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Create, manage and update document databases, customer documents and work directories

Project management

• Define and transmit the documentation required for the project and ensure documentary follow-up
• Actively participate in project launches in collaboration with stakeholders (kick- off meetings, etc.)
• Define plan and ensure of supply of materials and components required for the project
• Manage service providers in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Manage the project (progress, monitoring indicators, stakeholder coordination, etc.) and take corrective action where necessary, in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage customer relations during the implementation phase and provide technical support
• Organize and plan equipment tests (recipes, etc.), in collaboration with stakeholders
• Prepare technical documentation and provide reporting elements in order to project invoicing
• Mobilize and animate internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project management
• Participate in end-of-project meetings (feedback, etc.)
• Ensure financial monitoring of the business (budget consumed, actual costs, etc.) and alert management in the event of any deviation

5 years' higher education in a technical field and/or 5 years' experience preferred significant experience desired
