Keoni is seeking a Project Director/RTE for a hybrid role coordinating the Cloud Capabilities and Services program. You will lead scaled agile ceremonies, align product teams and cloud platform stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex cloud initiatives.

The role demands strong leadership, risk management and the ability to produce executive materials for Steering and EC committees, with a focus on delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe).
• Solid experience in managing complex projects.
• Good understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt meetings.
• Manage one or more scopes of the Cloud Capabilities and Services project.
• Oversee costs, deadlines, risks and governance artifacts.
• Produce executive-level decision documents and progress reports.

To enable this transformation, the IT department aims to position itself as a Cloud Service Provider serving the group's business units and brands. This transformation pursues several major objectives: • Digitizing the workflows of developers, as well as infrastructure and operations teams. • Reducing Time & Cost to Market. • Strengthening the reliability, resilience, and security of hosted solutions. Within this framework, the Cloud Capabilities and Services project supports this transformation by structuring and industrializing cloud capabilities (infrastructure, managed services, CI/CD pipeline, DevSecOps, FinOps, etc.). This modernization of the IT infrastructure will focus on: • Application design and development • Project and product deployment • Hosting solutions. The Cloud strategy is based on a principle of portability, enabling the automated and predictable deployment of applications, both internally and on an external cloud. The project is organized with several teams with strong links to product-oriented squads addressing both program-related and non-program-related topics. With the implementation of a program mode, this project aims to strengthen its management by supplementing the current system consisting of an RTE with an additional experienced Project Manager/RTE via a direct service.MISSIONS: 1. Objectives and scope Ensure the coordination, synchronization and overall success of the agile train dedicated to the cloud, while managing structuring projects in project mode (scoping, roadmap, stakeholder engagement). Hybrid Positioning: • Project Manager: structural management, commitment to deadlines/costs/scope • RTE: agile orchestration at scale Project Manager Role (structural management) • Manage one or more scopes of the "Cloud Capabilities and Services" project o Scoping (objectives, scope, schedule) o Roadmap development and monitoring • Ensure overall project management (costs, deadlines, risks) • Produce management deliverables (Executive Committee, Steering Committee, decision-making documents) • Organize project governance (meetings, arbitration) • Ensure the achievement of business and IT objectives RTE Role (agile management) • Lead and coordinate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt meetings • Ensure smooth delivery and address major risks and issues • Manage inter-team dependencies (IT / OPS / IT / cloud platform) • Monitor performance indicators (delivery, quality, value) • Support the teams' agile maturity development Cross-functional Coordination • Act as a liaison between: • Product teams/squads • Infrastructure & cloud platform • Architecture & governance • Align work with: • Cloud strategy • IT modernization roadmap • Needs of other IT programs • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making Required Skills Key Skills • Proficiency in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe) • Solid experience in managing complex projects • Good understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Knowledge of practices: • DevSecOps • CI/CD • Infrastructure as Code Expertise • Facilitation of complex teams • Roadmap and product strategy management • Risk and dependency management • Production of executive presentation materials (Executive Committee)Please send your CV, cover letter, and copies of your diplomas to [e-mail]
