Job summary

Movu Robotics is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the western region of France to join the After Sales & Service team. You will test, repair, and maintain shuttle systems at customer sites, provide L1/L2 support, and deliver on-site training to end-users and integrators.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor in Electromechanics, are fluent in French and English, and are willing to travel. The role requires customer focus, teamwork, and availability for shifts and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electromechanics or relevant experience.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Available to travel short periods abroad.
• Skilled in MS Office and Teams. Willing to learn custom software packets.
• Customer-focused, social, team player with a proactive mindset.
• Willing to work in shifts and weekend if needed.
• No fear of heights or vertigo.

Responsibilities

• Assist in commissioning Movu systems (atlas, escala, ifollow and others).
• Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs).
• Available for short international trips (Mon-Fri), and willing to work in shifts and weekends.
• Some projects take place at height or in refrigerated areas; safety systems are in place.

We are looking for a FieldService Engineer in the western part of France (Bretagne, Normandy, Pays De La Loire), passionate about technology and customer success, to join our After Sales & Service team :

Your responsibilities:

• Test, repair, and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites accross Western France.
• Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.
• Deliver training to end-users and integrators on‑site and internally.
• Assist in commissioning Movu systems (atlas, escala, ifollow and others).
• Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs).
• Available for short international trips (Mon-Fri), and willing to work in shifts and weekends.
• Some of our projects take place at height or in refrigerated areas (cold storage) and this is not a problem for you with safety systems of workin place.
