Qlar Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure reliable installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of systems at customer sites. You will be based in France and work with Customer Support and Service Teams across Europe.

The role calls for 5+ years in field service, a technical degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or mechatronics, and fluency in French and English. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service, installation & maintenance experience in technical/industrial settings.
• Technical education or degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Perform installation, commissioning, service, maintenance, and repair of systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions on site.
• Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades to ensure high system availability.
• Train customers in operation and maintenance of systems; document service activities.
