Northern Montana Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a busy department and assist in delivering high-quality patient care. The RN will work closely with providers, support staff, and patients while ensuring safe, effective care and compliance with established standards.

The position requires a Montana RN license, at least one year of MedSurg experience, and ACLS certification within one year. A discretionary $30,000 sign-on bonus is offered plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification within one year of employment.
• Minimum of one year MedSurg experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered nurse licensed to practice by the Montana State Board.

About the role

$30,000 Discretionary Sign-On Bonus

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting the medical provider in the delivery of medical care, assistance to the patient in compliance with and understanding of that care, and assistance in running an efficient and professional department. The registered nurse should be a self-motivated professional and resourceful person. They will be accountable for the planning, directing and evaluation of patient care. The Registered Nurse will have knowledge relative to the ages of the patients served.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered nurse currently licensed to practice professional nursing by the Montana State Board.
• Minimum of one (1) year MedSurg experience.
• Completion of ACLS Course within one (1) year of employment.
• PALS certification preferred.
• Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Salary is commensurate with up to 15 years of experience.
