Northern Montana Hospital in Montana seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide nursing care under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager, following individualized care plans.

The CNA must have a high school diploma (or equivalent), Montana CNA certification, current BLS, and the ability to interpret instructions; salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience and includes a $2,500 discretionary sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Nurses Aide by the State of Montana.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions.
• Provide a current phone number.
• Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsabilités

• Under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager, the CNA administers nursing care to residents in accordance with a specific care plan devised for each individual resident according to Nurse Aide Guidelines.
• The CNA supports the mission and nursing philosophy of Northern Montana Care Center.

About the role
